Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
Optional Extras
Method
Step 1: Chop up whatever addons you're adding into cubes/small pieces, they should be at MAXIMUM 1.5cm thick. I lied earlier btw, they are not optional. This step does not apply to the cheese.
Step 2: Turn on your stove to around high middle heat (6-8) and add a splash of oil to your frying pan, enough to coat the pan. Throw in your chopped up addons and fry until a little bit under done. If you've added chicken however, fry until cooked through.
Step 3: Take a mug and crack the eggs into it, removing any shells. Then add a small splash of milk, the milk is only there to loosen up the eggs so don't add too much. Add the salt, pepper and chili flakes to your liking. Finally, mix it together until its all one colour.
Step 4: Return to your frying pan and add the egg mixture, set your stove to middle high heat (7-9) and stil with a spatula/wooden spoon/other utensil that won't destroy your pan until the eggs look cooked through. If you want to add cheese, add it now.
Step 5: yumny!!!!!

Gnocchi with Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
Method
Step 1: take a pot and fill it 1/3 with water, set it over medium heat to start boiling, the second it starts bubbling lower the heat slightly and add your gnocchi. Let it boil until the gnocchi begins to float, usually after 1-3 mins. Strain your pasta water out (if you want, you can take a teaspoon and add it to the sauce but I always forget lol)
Step 2: take a second pot and put in your sauce and let it cook, you'll know it's done when the sauce begins to bubble.
Step 3: take your veg and chop it roughly into cubes, take a pan, add oil and fry them until slightly underdone then add to your cooked sauce, stir until heated propperly.
Step 4: Add your boiled gnocchi to your sauce, plate up and eat!!!
